Terms of Service

The service

EliteBio provides AI image and film generation and editing tools for adults. You must be 18 or older — or the age of majority where you live, where that is higher — to hold a membership or use any room of the studio.

Membership and credits

The studio works by membership; there is no anonymous use. Credits are spent per commission at the price stated before confirmation, and a failed commission returns its credits automatically. Packs are bought once; unspent credits remain on the account. Credits carry no cash value and may not be transferred.

What may be made here

You may create fictional adult characters and transform media you own or hold documented consent to use. Prohibited without exception: anything involving minors, or characters presented as minors; imagery of real people without consent; and content unlawful where you are. Breaches bring removal and the end of the membership, and unlawful material is reported where the law requires it.

Your media, your responsibility

The media you bring, and the rights and consents it requires, are your responsibility. By displaying media in the gallery you allow the service to show it there until you withdraw it.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as it is available; results vary between commissions and no particular outcome is promised. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you paid in the three months before the claim.
