Privacy Policy

What the club keeps

Membership data (your email address and your credentials, held in hashed form), the media you bring to the studio, the briefs and commissions you run, the work generated for you, and payment records held by our payment processors. The club does not sell personal data.

Your media

What you upload and what is generated for you are private to your account by default. Media becomes visible to others only where you deliberately display it — in the gallery, for example — and you may withdraw it at any time. Access by staff to private media is confined to operating the service, attending to support you have asked for, and the duties of moderation.

Payments

Payments are taken by third-party processors. The club receives confirmations and order records; it does not receive or hold full card numbers.

Retention and deletion

Membership data is kept while the membership stands. You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data — including your account, your uploads and your generated work — by writing to [email protected] from the address your membership is held under. Requests for deletion are answered within 30 days.

Age

The club is for adults. Membership and content are restricted to those aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where they live, where that is higher.

Changes to this policy

Any material change will be announced on this page, with the date of revision shown.
